Julius Mahon Hutchings

Services for Julius Mahon Hutchings are set for Friday at 11 a.m. in the Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Hutching a resident of Oklahoma City, died Tuesday in Cooper, Texas. He was 73. Barrett Fellows will officiate during the Friday service, with burial following in Shoat Springs Cemetery. He was a carpenter by occupation. He was born February 25, 1912, Ervin, Oklahoma. A former Choctaw county resident, he had lived in Oklahoma City since 1965. He had always worked as a farmer and in the timbers in Colorado. Hutching was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Hutchings, on December 6, 1959. Survivors include a son, Roger Hutchings of Sutherlin, Oregon, two daughters Tempie Hutchings of Oklahoma City and Jo Ann Von-Borstel of Salem, Oregon, a brother, J. R. Hutchings of Oklahoma City; several nieces and nephews, and five grandchildren. The Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
