PIONEER RESIDENT MRS. LIDDIE RHODES SERVICES TUESDAY

Services for Mrs. Liddie M. Rhodes of this city, will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ and burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery. Mrs. Rhodes was found dead early this morning at the home of Bertie Locke,304 East Trice, where she was staying. Friends said she had been dead only briefly when found. She died of natural causes.

She was born in Delta county, Texas March 25, 1882. Her husband S. E. Rhodes, preceeded her in death in 1946. She and her family came to Hugo in 1900 and she has resided here since that time. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Mrs. Rhodes is survived by four sons, Bill of Hugo, Lewis of Goldsmith, Texas, Ed of Odessa, Texas and A. L. of Andrews, Texas.

Pallbearers will include Wilford Cooley, George O'Neal, Derwood Wright, Harvey Griffin, Ed Hair and Henry German.

Hubert Roach, minister, will be in charge of services which will be under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home.
