Services To Be Today For G.M. Patterson
Services will be at 3 p.m. today, Monday, in the Lampton funeral chapel for George Minton Patterson, 94, Hugo, who was a retired grocerman and farmer.
Burial will be in Mount Olivet cemetery.
Mr. Patterson died Sunday at a rest home.
He was born Nov. 24, 1867, at Saline, Iowa. He had lived in Choctaw county 46 years, and was in the grocery business at Durant and Boswell, then farmed at Hugo. He retired in 1951.
He married Miss Clyde Mickle in Watuga, Ill., in 1895. She died in 1960.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Herbert Needham of Columbia, Mo.; two sons, Joe M. Patterson of Kerrville, Tex., who was visiting his father at the time of his death, and Robert E. Patterson of Tecumseh.
