G.W. Gramley died at his residence on the west side at 6 o'clock Tuesday morning of bowel obstruction, following an acute attack of indigestion which commenced several days ago.
The deceased was a pioneer citizen of Hugo, having come here from Paris, Texas in an early day. For years he had been connected with the Hugo Ice & Light company and he was known to almost every citizen of the city. Mr. Gramley was more than 65 years of age and he had spent a very great portion of his life in the Southwest. He leaves a wife and three children, two daughters and a son, all of them grown and married save a daughter who had been employed at Paris, Texas for the past few years.
Funeral services were held from the house Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock after which the interment was made at Mt Olivet cemetery.
In the death of Mr. Gramley Hugo loses a pioneer citizen and one who has contributed not a little toward the upbuilding of a city and community here in this section of Oklahoma.
