Robert Adams

Graveside services for Robert Adams of Hugo were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2005, in Goodland Cemetery, with Bro. Charles Green officiating.

Mr. Adams died November 21, 2005, in Oklahoma City. He was 66. He was a truck driver, and a Viet Nam Veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was of the Church of God faith and was a member of the Choctaw Nation.

Robert was born November 11, 1939 in Talihina, Okla., the son of Lawson Adams and Flora Lee (Samuel) Adams and had lived in Hugo for the past seven years. Robert loved his country and was proud to be a veteran. He loved singing and playing his guitar. His parents preceded him in death

SURVIVING RELATIVES: His special friend and companion, Deborah Lawson of Hugo; six children, four grandchildren and his Aunt, Katherine Thorpe of Hugo.
