Graveside services for Helen Frances Wilson of Nederland, Texas, were held at noon Friday, November 18, 2005, at Shoat Springs Cemetery with Bro. Mutt Wallace officiating.

Mrs. Wilson died November 11, 2005, in Groves, Texas. She was 88.

Helen was born November 12, 1916 in Hugo, Okla., the daughter of Joe Gladden and Cassie (Richards) Gladden. Her grandparents were Edward Richards and Nancy (Looney) Richards. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her parents and a sister, Cora Hayes.

SURVIVING RELATIVES: one daughter, Jean Schulze of Nederland, Texas; one son, Don Ray Potter of Houston, Texas, two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a niece, Nancy Harvey of Oklahoma City, a nephew, Roy Joe Harris of Oklahoma City, and five cousins, Paul Oakes, Sr. of Mineola, Texas, Frankie Yeley, Maudine Johnson, Janette James and Thomas Duncan, all of Hugo.
