Death Takes Aged Sawyer Resident

G.W. Boyd, Sr., of Sawyer, died Friday morning at 2 o'clock after a long illness. Mr. Boyd was an old resident of this county. He is survived by four sons, Harvey Boyd, of Hugo; Richard Boyd of Sawyer; Henry H. Boyd, of Sawyer; and James Boyd, of Newark, New Jersey.

Funeral services were conducted at 5 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Sawyer cemetery with the Rev. Sweeper officiating. Arrangements were in charge of Snow Funeral home.
