Ms. Colleen Trout

Ms. Colleen Trout, 73, of Hobbs, N.M. passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2005 in Hobbs, N.M. Funeral services were at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 24, 2005 in the Methodist Church, Boswell, Oklahoma. Burial was in Restland Cemetery, Boswell. Ms. Trout was born on January 6, 1932 in Boswell, Oklahoma to W.E. and Lois Neill Trout. Ms. Trout retired from GTE in 1984 after 29 years of service. She loved watching television and working crossword puzzles. Ms. Trout was very generous with her family and friends and loved being with them. She was a Methodist. Ms. Trout was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, John Melson Trout and Billy Joe Trout.

Survivors include her sisters, Jeannine Qualls of Checotah, Dorothea Whitmire of Claremore, and Gay Whittenburg of Hennessey; brothers, Jack F. Trout of Athens, Texas and Neill D. Trout of Childress, Texas, along with other family members including her Aunt Geraldine Hughes and 97 year old Uncle Joe Neill in Boswell. Arrangements under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home - Boswell.
