Robert Lee Clancy

Robert Lee Clancy of Hugo, Okla. passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2006 in Paris, Texas at the age of 79. He was born on March 26, 1926 in Hugo, Okla. to Owen and Lela (Bramlett) Clancy. He married Choice Middleton on April 26, 1969 in Hugo, Okla. He was a rancher and had lived in this area all of his life. He will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his wives, Joyce (Lane) Clancy in 1958 and Choice (Middleton) Clancy in 1996, his mother Lela Clancy, one son, Ricky Clancy, one sister, Louise Hammock Divers and one brother, Carl Clancy. He is survived by three daughters, Phyllis Sears and husband, Jerry of Reno, Nev., Connie Coggins of Pasadena, Texas and Cassie Gentry and Jack Podany of Hugo, Okla.; seven grandchildren, Sabrina Ayers of Ft. Towson, Okla., Heath Gentry and Nikki Gentry both of Hugo, Okla., Glenn Coggins of Kerrville, Texas, Brian and Amy Gentry of Bixby, Okla., Shane and Michelle Sears of Shreveport, La. and Lane Shears of Chicago, Ill. and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, Okla.

Family received friends Monday, January 9, 2006 at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel.
