William Ashley Cox

William Ashley Cox of Powderly, Texas, passed away on December 26, 2005 in Olympia, Wash. at the age of 23. He was born on September 18, 1982 in Hugo to Leland Ray and Kimberly Lynn (Wade) Cox. He had lived in this area most of his life before moving to Olympia, Washington to work. He will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his mother, Kimbely Lynn (Wade) Cheshier, and his grandfather, Buddy Cox. He is survived by his father, Leland Cox and wife, Dena of Powderly, Texas; his grandparents, Don and Glenda Prater and Paul and Sue Deupree both of Hugo; two brothers, Tony Cox of Antlers, and Brad Young of Paris, Texas; two sisters, Jenna Clift of Valliant, Okla. and Jodi Young of College Station, Texas.
Graveside services for Mr. Cox were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2006 in Sugar Creek Cemetery in Soper.
The family received friends Monday, January 2, 2006 at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chisum Trails Cowboy Church in Paris, Texas.Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
