Graveside services for Evia Jean Lester of Hugo were held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2006 at Goodland Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Cooper officiating.

Mrs. Lester died January 9, 2006 at her home. She was 51. She was of the Assembly of God faith.

She was born September 11, 1954, in Hugo the daughter of Lewis Robison and Dorothy (Parker) Robison and had lived most of her life in Hugo. She was preceded in death by her father and a son, Pete Lester. She married Robert Bob Lester on March 5, 1979

SURVIVING RELATIVES: Her husband, Robert Bob Lester; one son: Ronald Joseph “Joe” Stuart of Texarkana, Texas; two daughters: Melissa Guthrie of Waco, Texas and Ida Lisa Lester of Hugo; her mother, Dorothy Robison of Hugo and six grandchildren.

The family received friends Thursday, January 12, 2006 at the funeral home.
