C.T. Washington

Funeral services for C.T. Washington of Bluff Route in Soper were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the South Central Distrrict Building in Hugo with Rev. Levern McFrazier officiating. Interment was in New Bluff Cemetery.

Mr. Washington died January 16, 2006 at his home. He was 80. He was a veteran of World War II.

Surviving relatives: Wife, Josephine Washington of Bluff Route in Soper; two daughters, Wana Washington of Denison, Texas, Gladysteen Green of Oklahoma City; one sister, Helen Williams of Maywood, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
