Darren White

Funeral services for Darren White of Valliant were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2006 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel with John Tidmore officiating. Interment was in Valliant Cemetery.

Mr. White died January 26, 2006 in Valliant. He was 34. He was a pipeline construction worker and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

Darren was born April 29, 1971 in Little Rock, Arkansas and had lived all of his life in the Valliant area. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, swimming, and spending time with his children. He married Joyce Imoe on February 9, 1998 in Valliant. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Beatrice Freeman, and a sister, Cynthia White.

SURVIVING RELATIVES: His wife, Joyce White; one son, Derek Imoe of Valliant; thee daughters, Latanya Holmes of Valliant, Caitlyn White of Crescent, Okla. and Andrea White of Crescent, Okla.; his mother, Dorothy Richard of Valliant, his father, Steven Crow of Little Rock, Arkansas; four brothers, Allen Price of Valliant, Paul White of Ft. Towson, Wayne Sellers of Bald Knob, Arkansas, and Steven Crow, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas; one sister, Evelyn Martin of Bearden, Arkansas, numerous nieces and nephews along with many other relatives and friends.

The family received friends Friday, January 27, 2006 at the funeral home.
