Services were held Monday, May 25, 1992, in the Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Chapel for Dean Guthrie. He died Friday, May 22, 1992, at the age of 22.

Mr. Guthrie was born in Hugo on Aug. 1, 1969, to Glen A. and Joan L. (Wright) Guthrie. He had lived in Hugo all his life.

Surviving relatives include one son, Payton Guthrie, Pineville, La.; one daughter, Mackenzy Guthrie, Pineville, La.; parents: Glen and Joan Guthrie, Hugo, Ok.; maternal grandparent, Mr John (Willie) Wright, Ft. Towson, Ok., paternal grandparents, O. L. and Edna Guthrie, Ft. Towson, Ok., and one brother, Lee Alan Guthrie, Hugo, Ok.

Rev. Otis Cayton officiated at the services and burial followed in the Ft. Towson Cemetery.
