Knight Rites To He [sic] Held Friday At Local Church

Funeral services for J.T. Knight, 22 year old Hugo resident who died October 23 in Nogales, Ariz., of injuries sustained three days earlier in an automobile accident, will be held at 2:30 Friday afternoon in the Assembly of God church in Hugo by the Rev. H.A. Medford, pastor. Burial in Springs Chapel cemetery will be in charge of Bingham-Cooper Funeral Home.

Knight left Hugo about a week before the accident to seek employment in Arizona. The accident, details of which were not known here Tuesday, occurred near Nogales.

He was a native of Hugo, where he was born May 22, 1930, a son of Joe Knight and Mrs. Rachel Small of Hugo.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by these sisters: Mrs. Lillie Parham, Mrs. Daisy Thorp, Mrs. Fanny Lester, Miss Joan Knight, Miss Willie Ray Knight and Miss Ruby Fay Knight.
