Mrs. S. Pratt, Passes Away While Visiting At El Paso, Texas
Funeral services held at Hugo, Okla, Oct. 8th.
Mrs. Sally Pratt, wife of the late W.W. Pratt, passed away Saturday, October 4th. in El Paso, Texas at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.F. Clifton.
Mrs. Pratt had been in poor health for some time. She had been making her home at Granite for the passed three and one-half years. She had come here from Brinkman and went to El Paso to visit her daughter.
Mrs. Pratt was born in eastern Texas , December 4, 1875.The family lived in and around Hugo, okla. untill 1929, when they came to Brinkman. She was prceeded in death by her husband in 1940.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, October 8th, at 2:30 p.m. at the Church of Christ at Hugo with interment in the cemetery at that place .
She is survived by three daughters, and one son. They are ;Mrs. J.F. Clifton, El Paso, Texas; Mrs. Effie Thompson, Tulsa, Okla.; Mrs. Loyde Nicklos, Brownfield, Texas and Alvie Pratt , Orange, Or.
Another son , Ernest Pratt and his wif passed away during the flu epidemic after World War I, leaving three small children ,which Mrs. Pratt reared. They were Leonard Pratt, of Mangum; Edgar Pratt, of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Ralph Parish of Guymon.
