Services for Allen Keith Lisenby, 16, of 925 Lowery Parkway, Hugo, have been set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of God in Hugo.  Rev. Loy Elkins will officiate, and burial will follow in Spring Chapel Cemetery.

Lisenby was pronounced dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital Sunday evening.  He was a junior at Hugo High School, and was born Feb. 7, 1959 in Andrews, Tex.

He is survived by his mother LaVena Lisenby of Hugo; his father, Roger Lisenby, of Great Bend, Kan.; one brother, Roger Howell Lisenby, of Great Bend, Kan.; one half-brother, Jason Yeargrain, of Hugo; one sister, Sheila Jo Lisenby, of Taft, Okla.; and two grandmothers, Mrs. Albert Lisenby of Arkinda, Ark., and Mrs. Edna Bell, of Cabot, Ark.
	
Lampton-Mills Funeral Home of Hugo is in charge of the arrangements.
