Soper Cattleman Dies Early Today

Joel N. Murphy, 67 years old Cattleman and rancher of Soper, died in the Sanitarium of Paris at 9:30 a.m. today.

Funeral services will be held in the First Baptist Church of Soper at 4 p.m. Thursday under the direction of the Senner Funeral home with the Rev. J.B. Ward of Hugo officiating.

Surviving are his wife and two step children, Frank Bean and Oma Bean.
