W.A. O’Neal Dies Early This Morning

W.A. O’Neal, longtime Hugo brickmason who lived on Route 2 for many years, died at 4:40 a.m. today in McCuistion Hospital at Paris.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel.

Born Nov 9, 1885, in Missouri, Mr. O’Neal had lived in Choctaw County since 1929. He was a Baptist.

He and Miss Mildred Johnson were married in 1933 and she survives, along with two children, William O’Neal and Mrs. Jimmie Hunter, both of Hugo; eight grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Minnie Hefner of California.
