Private

Company H, 3rd Arkansas Cavalry

Born December 11, 1835

Died December 28, 1903

Buried at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood, Oklahoma and does not currently have a military headstone.  Lot 1, Block 27

Thomas Clayton married Rachael Jestis, I believe in McNairy County, TN.   They moved to Clark County, AR about 1854 and left Arkansas in the late 1800's.   I believe Thomas and Rachael are the same as the ones buried at Oaklawn.

His wife, Rachael is also buried at Oaklawn.   She died October 3, 1899 at the age of 59 years 2 months and 23 days

They are other Claytons buried at Oaklawn who may be family members
