Date of death is unknown

He is listed as Alfred E. Eudy in the1880 census of Lamar County, while in a 1899 article in the Ardmoreite he was listed as E.A. Eudy, when he was living in Iona, Oklahoma and in the 1900 census of Murray County, I.T., he is listed as Albert E. Eudy

His wife's name was Elizabeth, listed as Bettie in the 1880 census

He filed for a Confederate pension in Texas on March 6, 1905, while living in Lamar County and it was approved March 20, 1906
