Born April 11, 1839 in Columbus, Georgia

Died January 7, 1918 in Wynnewood

Perkins W. McCoy is buried at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood and does have a military marker

He came to Indian Territory in 1895

He surrendered at Appomattox Courthouse on April 9, 1865

His cause of death is lisited as senility
