Samuel Newton & Hortense (Crenshaw) Blankenship

Samuel was born April 16, 1857 and passed away September 16, 1938
Hortense Crenshaw Blankenship was born March 8, 1860 and passed away January 19, 1946
They rest side by side at Klondike Cemetery
Samuel and Hortense were married in 1873 and were the parents of nine children

Walter Lee Thompson was born 3/19/1903 in Klondike Community and died 9/29/1976 in Pauls Valley
Betty Ruth Blankenship Thompson was born 6/04/1905 in Klondike and died 11/18/1991 in Round Rock, TX
They are both buried at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Pauls Valley

Ruby, Polly, Ruth, Howard, Barney, Guy, Lena & Milas Blankenship

Lena Jane Prater Blankenship was born 8/13/1887 in Evening Shade, Arkansas and died 4/1/69 in Pauls Valley
Guy B. Blankenship was born in 1885 in Vernon, TX and died 1/16/63 in Pauls Valley.
They were married in 1903.

1/4/95 (Milas was married to Irene Wicker of Ardmore), Barney Wayne,
born 1914, died 7/22/80 (he was married to Vivian Wayland of Chandler) ,
Paula Gene, born 1923. (Only surviving family member). She was married to the
late Wiley J. Gross of Garvin County.
