  My grandfather Elmer Lee Phipps was born in Maysville, OK and is listed as 3 mos old in the Garvin County 1910 Census.  
His father, John Marion Phipps, was a lawman in the area but I do not know what the time frame is.  
He is featured in this photo, 2nd man from the left, with a man that I believe to be his father in the center. 

If anyone can identify where and when this was taken, and who the other gentlemen are in the photo, I would like to hear from you.
