This picture may have been taken at a school
at Wilburton or somewhere nearby.
I believe my aunt, Marie Herring, is the girl standing in the middle of top
row. I’m 99% sure this is my aunt. She’s wearing a dark colored dress,
(compared to the other girls’ light colored clothing). To possibly help date
this picture, my aunt was born in 1921. The Herring family lived at or near
Wilburton in the early – mid 1930’s. Perhaps someone will recognize the teacher
or one of the children. I certainly hope so!
