Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie. Carmelita was born on March 4, 1927 in Sapulpa, OK to Byno and Etta Jane (Greenwood) Salsman. She passed away on Friday, December 23, 2011 in Kerrville, TX.
