Elizabeth Jane (Patrick) Myers reportedly sold eighty acres of her Cherokee Indian land, which Harley used to purchase an interest in this hardware store. Carl E. Myers has the original bill of sale, reflecting Harley Arthur Myers, on January 13, 1911, paid J.C. Osborn $2000.00 for 1/2 interest in the Osborn and Warner store, Wann, OK.
