(This is part of the return of the Grand Jury Venire as shown on the page 10) Received the within Writ Jan. 22, 1909, at 6 o'clock P. M., and served the same on the persons within named, at the times and in the manner following, to-wit: J. L. Baggett, Jan. 28, 1909 C. W. Bagwell, Jan. 23, 1909 W. A. Berry, Jan. 23, 1909 W. A. Butler, Jan. 23, 1909 C. H. Chapman, Jan. 28, 1909 C. A. Finley, Jan. 23, 1909 Wm. Gardner, Jan. 28, 1909 J. C. McGuyer, Jan. 25, 1909 M. Reed, Jan. 28, 1909 By delivering to each of said persons in said County a True and certified copy of the within Venire, by leaving for each of said person at his usual place of residence of each in said County, a true and certified copy of the within Venire.
