I took the opportunity to pay a visit to this very interesting historical museum on June 27, 2003. It is a treasure trove of Catoosa history and I highly recommend it to visitors who want to learn more about Catoosa's historical past, and some of its early pioneers. I was greeted by a pleasant curator by the name of Betty Begley. She was most helpful and took the time to speak with me about the artifacts within the museum.
